Sunday – Wednesday

Location: Camp Tamarancho
A Boy Scouts of America Camp in Fairfax, CA.
480 acres of meadows, redwood and oak forest.

Program: Living with the Earth through the ancient arts of wilderness survival, tracking, and awareness. The teachings of Stalking Wolf handed down through Tom Brown, Jr.

BEGINS: Sunday, April 5, arrival time 1pm
ENDS: Wednesday, April 8, 3pm
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, March 26, 2020

Participants:
Children 7–9 as day campers $110/person
Youth 10–17 overnight (7-9 with a parent) $135/person
Teen Volunteers (Volunteer Application) $100/person
Parents overnight $110/person
Late Registration Fee (after March 26) $25/person

Cost: It costs $250/person to run the overnight program. If you would like to make a contribution to the churches Nature Camp Ministry gifts of any amount are gladly received.

SUNDAY DINNER

Families are welcome to stay for Sunday dinner and evening. A $10/person dinner fee is requested for those not paying the above fees.

Registration: To register online please fill out the below form and pay via our website.  You must send registration, medical and payment by March 26, 2020.  Registration after Thursday, March 26, will be taken on a space available basis and must include the $25 late fee.

Teen Volunteers: Teen Volunteers must also fill out all forms, plus a volunteer application, and pay ($100.00) by March 26 or the $25.00 late fee also applies. Students must be at least 13, by April 5, 2020, to volunteer. First time volunteers must meet with Rev. Linda Lane-Bortell.

Scholarships: If your family is in need of extra assistance to participate, please submit your paperwork by the March 26 deadline and include a letter requesting assistance.

Camping Gear: Participants are to bring all their own gear (see equipment list). If you need to borrow gear, please contact the church.

Arrival Time: Participants should arrive at Camp Tamarancho at 1pm to set up camp. Opening activity will begin at 4pm. Families are encouraged to stay for the afternoon and evening activities. Dinner is $10/person for those not paying the Nature Camp fees.

End Time: Participants can be picked up at Tamarancho at 3pm. on Wednesday, April 8. If you will be picking up at a different time please notify Rev. Linda.

Transportation: Please let us know if you need assistance with transportation or can give a ride.

Take the 1st left onto Manor Rd.
