CONCERT ON THE CORNER
GOAL: Delight, Connect, Inspire
The CPC Concert on the Corner series aims to bring the San Rafael community together through special concerts, art shows, activities, and performances. This includes partnering with local schools like MSA plus professional performers such as Circus of Smiles and the Kyle Athayde Dance Party Big Band.
CPC hosts a free, week-long Music Camp for grades K-8th each summer. Registration is open for the 2024 camp!
GOAL: Share, Reuse, Nourish
Kids Event: The CPC Give and Take will be a space for all Terra Linda neighbors to give and receive high-quality, gently used children’s clothing, sports equipment, and toys on CPC/MdTL. All Give and Take transactions will be free.
Community Fridge: The community Fridge will be a space for all Terra Linda neighbors to give and take fresh, healthy food 24/7, no questions asked for free.

Why are we hosting free events?
Churches need to change. CPC is responding. CPC is a safe and welcoming community hub that's becoming active beyond Sunday mornings.
Our Goals:
To create opportunities for people to experience wonder and awe
To care for the earth and each other by reusing resources
To offer space and opportunities for community connections
To decrease isolation and loneliness for people in Terra Linda
To share the blessings of the church with the whole community
To offer an opportunity for leadership training and community service to youth
To ease family financial stressors
To support and celebrate the gifts of artists, teachers, scientists, and other talented neighbors
